IE 7 bug caused my system to crash- beware
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium and I am constantly experiencing an application hang / crash with IE 7 whilst the Windows Live Favorites tab attempts to synchronise my favorites. SNIP Uninstall the Windows Live Toolbar and then reinstall from the Web Page. -- Frank Saunders, MS-MVP OE/WM Do not send mail.

I have the same issue and cannot get IE 7/6 open long enough to 'see' what may be causing the crashes. I also uninstalled ie7 and 6 now behaves the same way, crashes immediately upon opening. Now I reinstalled back to 7 in hopes that files/dlls would be overwritten and registered but it didn't work.
